Very disappointed with the quality of prep work that was so poorly executed and then painted over. Brought it to the attention of the owner and he said nothing. I had paid him a deposit and when I saw the poor workmanship  told him we were done. The owner hardly supervised the project.. He never offered to fix anything or  to refund money; just picked up his up his stuff and left. I think he took the job because he was slow and then got busy with outside work and didn’t care. Wayne, the owner of Perfect Touch Painting Services, is one of my favorite contractors with whom I have ever worked. I have worked with Wayne since 2017 on multiple properties. He is exceptionally professional and fairly priced. He does not quit until the job is done to the customer’s expectation. I wish all of my contractors could be like Wayne and his crew.
