Brought it to the attention of the owner and he said nothing. I had paid him a deposit and when I saw the poor workmanship  told him we were done. The owner hardly supervised the project.. He never offered to fix anything or  to refund money; just picked up his up his stuff and left. I think he took the job because he was slow and then got busy with outside work and didn’t care.
